The driver matters most
A clean car and a good app don't mean much if the person behind the wheel is having a bad day. We hire chauffeurs carefully, train them extensively, and pay them well enough that they stay for years. Most of our drivers have been with us for over a decade.
Flat rates are honest rates
Surge pricing, trip-dependent fees, and "$19 base fare + mileage + time + surcharge + tip" all mean the same thing: the price you see isn't the price you pay. Our prices are flat, disclosed at booking, and include everything — tolls, gratuity, tax.
Showing up is the work
Ninety-eight percent of our job is being where we said we'd be, at the time we said we'd be there, in a car that's clean and ready. The rest is the small stuff — a bottle of water, a working phone charger, knowing the alternate route when the tunnel is closed.
Technology serves the ride
We use flight-tracking software, GPS dispatch, automated confirmations, and online booking because they make the ride better. We don't use them to replace humans. When you call our dispatch line, a person in Boston picks up.
